Original Meeting Invitation

Lisa Baker and Dave Broschinsky of LANDesk Software will discuss how they interlace contextual inquiry, personas, and interaction design into an XP process for retail software products. Their adaptation of best-known HF methods help focus a rapidly-paced development team on their customers’ needs to deliver industry-leading solutions that simplify their customers’ lives.
